 In 1968, Magazine- Student: Student, a voice of youth- culture magazine created by a 16-year-old Richard Branson, was published.
 In 1971, Virgin Records: The first Virgin Record shop opened at 24 Oxford Street, London. The brand name, Virgin means some novelty and modest shock-value.
 In 1984, virgin Atlantic Airways: Virgin Atlantic airways and Virgin Cargo were born. Unlike other businesses, the airline business had highly intensive capital.

3. Virgin's Management Structure
Virgin have 200-plus companies, the majority are operating companies that own assets, employ people, and offer goods and services. These operating companies are owned and controlled by some 20 holding companies. The most striking feature of Virgin Group is its legal complexity. They company structure is tail back.
