1. INTRODUCTION
At the fisrt step to select the theme of presentation, our team members start to have interested in mobilephone which is a must-have item for convenient communication. So we investigated the Nokia which is the best brand and market share in the world as a mobile phone area. We are focusing on how and why Nokia changed a kind of their production and their strategic direction. From process of research, we could find their strategies and we'd call it "choose and focus". With this reason, our team is going to present about the Nokia and what have they done and made a change in their strategies.
2. ABOUT NOKIA
Nokia was founded in Finland, since 1865. It had lots of diversified business portfolios with merge and aquisition. But with choose and focus process, it has become the biggest mobilephone company in the world. Now, the main business is developing and producing mobilephone as well as communication system and providing network, digital mobilephone.
Since 1992, Company has gotten down to investing mobile phone business and led the world mobile phone market
