During the conversations about H.R strategies with H.R manager of Lotte mart, it was interested that one key point she mentioned about their competitive. She compared her H.R strategies with E-mart which is second biggest market share within this market in Republic of Korea. Following key points are E-mart’s H.R strategies.
Key points of E-mart’s H.R strategy
In order to hold the success key in this market, E-mart thought that success in naturalization is the key for achieving their objective. With this reason, they keep try to expend their ability in hiring a good resources of H.R in their Chinese Market. Unlike others, E-mart hired native Chinese person as their chief store manager instead sending resources from their Korea Headquarters.
4. Problem
Although those H.R strategies and policies are established by their Headquarters, Ms. Shim is still arguing that those strategies are too idealistic methods for them. She also mentioned that theories are just looks great to them, not effective. From this opinion, we acknowledged what their problems and finally could list up with following issues.
