First, we sell disposable underwear. The men don’t like change their underwear.
Second, many children are being too noisy in jjimjilbang. So, we made a room for children.
Third, usually jjimjilbang combined all of the area. so some people sleep on center of floor and another people run or make much noise. That’s why we separate eating area, playing area and sleeping area.
Fourth, we have lot of the jjimjil room. For example, an amethyst room, red clay room, hardwood charcoal room, germanium room. In addition to not only foot bath and mud bath.
Especially, mud bath provide a good experience for our customers’ fun.
Fifth, we have a waiting area. Actually, many men have to wait for their girl friend to come out. So, we provide places for men to wait and not be bored.
[For ’women’]
First, we provide a variety of styles and sizes. Because women do not want having same appearances as others. We are in alliance with some character-ful cloth brand.
Second, when customer enter the jjimjil bang, they take some money and cell phone. But, People who take a money and other product suffer much inconvenience. So, we have cell phone charging service and a strongroom.
Third, we have skin care shop and nail shop. So, women can enjoy a spa and other beauty care. Our jjimjilbang is a one stop shop for all your needs.
• Outsourcing – F&B Sector [Food Court Area ‘C’]
Basically, we’re going to outsource our food stores. We thought our business covers wide range. So, outsourcing will be one of efficient method to manage our business.
We chose CJ Foodville. As you know, that company is one of the biggest food chain companies in Korea. It has various kinds of food affiliations like Tous Les Jours, Coldstone, A Twosome Place, VIPS, China Factory, Seafood Ocean, Fisher’ Market, The Place, Café Sobahn, Bibigo.
The outsourcing is also related to our marketing operations. We will make 3 parts of f&b lines into Korean food, Chinese food and Café & snack corner.
1. Korean Food
Our business concept is eco-friendly. To match our concept, we’re going to outsource CJ which is really famous for eco-friendly food. ‘Bibigo’ is a kind of Korean food chain store. Their main menu is ‘bibimbab’ which is representative traditional Korean food. Bibimbab’s main material is fresh vegetable. It is good for health and not heavy on the stomach. And it also can satisfy various customers’ needs.
