- Core competency training
As a process of incubating the core competencies to lead the future of Kia motors, it is included to training for new recruit, training for the promoted, training for Improvement
Through these training process, Kia motors has operated differentiated education program according to the job grade and level to do intensive training for each position and common modules synthesizing five kinds of core competencies(challenge, creativity, passion, cooperation, global mind) to possess as employees of Kia motors.
- Global top talent education
Kia motors has operated professional education program across all sectors such as HR/Strategy, production management, marketing, financial accounting, and R&D to reinforce managerial skills and expertise of the talented employee who will realize Kia motor’s vision of 21st century, and has given the opportunity to work at foreign branch to improve global mind and intercultural understanding.
- Global empowerment education
Kia motors has operated the Master’s and doctorate program for the establishment of global management strategy, the training abroad program for the acquirement of up-to-date theory and working knowledge, the China expert program for the understanding of fast-growing Chinese market, and the orientation for pre-expatriate for the quick work adjustment.
