국제 관계(國際關係)는 정치학의 한 부문으로, 국제 체계 안에 있는 여러 나라 사이의 외교 관계와 세계적인 문제에 대한 연구를 말한다. 정치학·외교학과 비슷하지만 국제정치경제(IPE)를 포함한 국제 정치(international politics)와 비교 정치(Comparative Politics), 그리고 지역 연구(Area Studies) 세 분야로 나뉘어진다.

represents the study of foreign affairs and global issues among states within the international system, including the roles of states, inter-governmental organizations (IGOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international nongovernmental organizations (INGOs), and multinational corporations (MNCs). It is both an academic and public policy field, and can be either positive or normative as it both seeks to analyze as well as formulate the foreign policy of particular states. It is often considered a branch of political science (especially after 1988 UNESCO nomenclature), but an important sector of academia prefer to treat it as an interdisciplinary field of study.
