1) The origin of the vicious cycle
Since 1997 the IMF put in place a series of related policies, which leaded to a sharp decrease of Korean middle class, however, the income of the high- income groups who held most of financial property increased. Under the circumstance, the social polarization has become increasingly serious. It was also demonstrated by Gini coefficient. Because of the increased social polarization and the emergence of social inequality, serious health inequalities emerged. The domestic Institute also made varieties investigations on the health behaviors of all the social classes.

2) The reason
① the restriction of accessibility to the good food
Usually, the low-income people are not well-educated about anything compared to the high-income people who are well-educated. If a person is well educated about the healthy food, he/she will reject the junk food. On the other hand, if someone is not well educated, he/she will not worry about the food. The factors considered by the not-well educated people could be price and taste only. Therefore, people with high education level might be high-income brackets and people with low education level might be low-income brackets. So, we can expect that people with high education level will decrease junk food consumption. And people with low education level will increase junk food consumption or move consumption to more unhealthy food.
And by posting of nutrition information on menus and menu boards, consumers who can understand the information they get from the food will realize that the good food to be better than their thought. The willingness to pay(WTP) of the good-food will become higher, and it makes the price to be higher. There comes the problem. High-income class
