| This research mainly analyzes the EU`s human rights policy toward North Korea which increase in awareness and protection of human rights in international society. The main objective of the EU`s human rights policy is Enhancing respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in international society. The EU`s human rights policy can be classified into direct dialogue, positive aids, imposing conditions and rights-based approach. In this paper, the EU`s human rights policy toward North Korea was selected in particular in order to examine the EU`s human rights policy. Authors focused on descriptive inference, the kernel of constructivism. This paper aimed to review on the EU`s human rights policy toward North Korea, Supporting and strengthening the international and regional framework for the protection of human rights, justice, the rule of law and the promotion of democracy, building confidence in and enhancing the reliability of democracy. |
