본문내용
- The T asks the Ss the following questions.
“Do you know the mean of this word exactly?”
“Can you make a sentence using this word?”

- The T gives the Ss guiding questions and then hands the reading text to the Ss.
* Guiding question
“ Where were Mike and Jane supposed to go? ”

- The Ss read the text silently to answer the guiding questions (The first reading), and The T checks the answers.

- The Ss read the text once more for guessing the meaning of these idioms.

- The T asks the Ss the following questions.
“ Could you tell me the meaning that you guess? – Could be? ”
“ Does anybody have another opinion? ”

- The T shows the Ss the flash cards, later on asks the Ss the following questions.
“ What does the picture stand for? (= Do you know what it is?) ”
“ Look at this picture ”
“ Can you guess the meaning? ”
“ What idiom can be matched this picture? ”

- The Ss answer the question and then match the picture with the idiom.
