Recently, the hot issue is the leadership of 2007 Korean presidential election. Successful leader will present the vision in organization and manage subordinates for their common goals. The leader should manage not only control of task but also member's feeling and the way of thinking. Like this, The women leadership is form related to manage both sides which are management of the organization members and effective task management. The women leadership that is come into the spotlight is different approach from the existing leadership style. Because the men leadership's characters are authoritative, hierarchical relationship, and target-intended while the women leadership's features are motivation-oriented, horizontal relationship, and harmony-oriented. So women leadership could be called cooperative leadership. Also the women leadership improves the originality of system through accommodation about various organizational culture and this makes new and innovative organization. From now on, there are a few women leaders in Korean society because of the social prejudice. In addition, women have the social complex on themselves. However, lately, such prejudices have been disappeared and women have contributed the innovation of organization. In 2005 대한 YMCA 연합회 research, the most strong points of women leaders are truth and sincerity (26.2%), consideration (25.4), and thrust (24.1%). That means, woman leaders are based on truth, sincerity, consideration, and thrust so women leaders pass limits the man's leadership boundaries.
