What do you do for Good Health? It seems that people do many different things to stay healthy. As for me, I practice three things to remain fit. First, I exercise every day. Next, I try to reduce my meat intake from my daily diet. Then, I try to get sufficient sleep every night. Unless there happens something special, I usually do these things very well and tanks to my effort I’m very healthy. |
