Answer Case #1 I'm Jay Kim. 27 years old and currently studying at university of Antique taking up Bachelor of Science in computer science. I'm a hardworking person and eager to learn. Has a good characteristic which could help in your company. I know I have limited experience in this field, but what I lack in specific experience I make up for in enthusiasm and desire to excel. I'm a fast learner and I'll work harder than anyone else to be a top producer on your team. Answer Case #2 I'm originally from Seoul, Korea. I lived there for 25 years and then relocated to Texas for 12 years, then onto Georgia for 11 years. During my time in Texas and Georgia, I developed my skills and experience in customer servi ce, computer, and administration, while working at GE Capital, Ikon Capital, and Geico Direct. In 2005, after getting a divorce, I moved to Colorado. There I worked for the Chamber of Commerce, as a administrative assistant and temp for Personal Employments Services, also know as PMS. I lived there until the Spring of 2007. My father lived in Oklahoma and was in poor health. I relocated to Oklahoma, to care for him. While caring for him, I was hired through Kelly Services and placed at Gatorade as a HR assistant and receptionist. While working at Gatorade, Kelly Services awarded me as Employee of the Month. While working for Gatorade, I was under the impression that I would be hired full time. I was laid off April 2008. Reason given was that Gatorade had finished the initial hiring for the company and extra staff was not needed. I later found out that I wasn't given a position with Gatorade because I did not have one of their requirements to work in HR. That requirement was having a college degree, even though I had been performing that position for nine months and with very good feedback from others. Soon after that, I was in the process of being hired with WillStaff, when they decided to close their doors. A month later, after successfully passing all the required test, I was hired by Labinal, but never got the chance to start. I was hired on a Thursday and they wanted me to start their next training class which was the following Monday. Because of having military contracts, I needed a copy of my birth certification. I sent a request to obtained my certification. But couldn't get it by that Monday, so I had to wait until the next class, which never happen. That following spring, Labinal closed their doors. While still job searching, my father took a turn for the worse. I focused on caring for him and did odd jobs until his death in December of 2009. Shortly after his death, my brother, who I was close to, suddenly died. I spent a great deal of time pulling myself back together and refocusing my live. I've now have lived in Oklahoma for 4 years and this is where I want to stay. I'm in a committed relationship and have other family that lives close by in Arkansas. |
